Navin’s custom research and manufacturing services division is having sites in Europe (Manchester Organics Limited a 100% subsidiary of Navin). Our CRAMS division supports projects from discovery through to commercial. Our multipurpose facilities are set up to run a wide range of organic chemistry. Our key strengths in organic chemistry are: F-Chemistry, strong expertise in fluorination at all stages of a synthetic pathway –from building block synthesis to late stage fluorination, from g to commercial scale; handling of a wide range of fluorinating agents, incl. SF4, HF, Xtalfluor and F2; halogenations; high pressure reactions, handling of N3 compounds, hydrogenations. The Manchester Organics UK site is focused on early phase lab development activities. Navin CRAMS Indian Dewas site is focused on process research, scale up development and production activities. Dewas production site is registered by FDA. Dedicated high pressure facility for fluorination, hydrongenation and other high pressure reactions. India’s only plant with cGMP high pressure fluorination capabilities for custom research and manufacturing services. Total reactor volume of 160m3, pressure reactions up to 80 bar(g), temperature range from -120°C up to 200°C, cryogenic reactions down to-120°C and distillations down to -40°C, handling of TOXIC and flammable gases (H2, Cl2, etc.) at ton scale. Process safety lab with ARC and RC at site, risk assessment of projects, HAZOP studies to be conducted at different stages of product development. In house integrated manufacturing of HF, SFx, Mafron, etc. and exclusive bulk manufacture of XtalFluor.Navin is responsible care certified, having an EcoVadis Bronze rating and our Dewas cGMP custom research and manufacturing facility has been successfully audited by PSCI.
