BOS Events provide a platform for sponsors and vendors to partner and forge new outsourcing collaboartions. An important component in bringing buyers and suppliers together is the BOS Events Partnering Software.
Key Aspects of the BOS Events Partnering Software
- Each attendee is sent a unique password which provides access to the partnering software and enables the delegate to create a profile, specify who they may be interested to meet and facilitates the sending and receiving of meeting requests.
- Each attendee can accept or decline meeting requests sent via the partnering software.
- Meetings are typically 30 min in length with the exception of a 30 minute block between 13.00 and 13.30 when the meeting length is 10 minutes.
- Meetings take place either at exhibitor stands or in a dedicated partnering area.
- You will be able to manage your schedule via the partnering software and view your arranged meetings. You will also be handed a finalised meeting agenda when you collect your badge on arrival at the event.
- Partnering is entirely at the attendees discretion. We hope that you will consider embracing the partnering ethos of the event which is the raison d'etre for the meeting.
