New Venue for BOS cmc 2013:  Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, Copenhagen, Denmark

BOS cmc 2013 will take place at the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, Copenhagen, Denmark. The new venue was selected because of its close proximity to Copenhagen's International Airport (less than 10 minutes away by car or train) and because of ease of access to Copenhagen City Centre (easily accessed by train/metro). 

We believe the combination of transport, accessibility, availability of on-site accommodation, and the facilities available at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers make this hotel an exciting venue in which to stage BOS cmc in 2013.

Accommodation
We have been able to arrange special discounted rates at the Hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers.  Accommodation will be in deluxe bedrooms with breakfast included, and the rate is DKK 1495.   Any unbooked bedrooms will be released on 22nd May (50% of unbooked bedrooms will be released on 1st May, so book early to avoid disappointment).   Please use the special link below to the hotel website and set your arrival and departure dates. Leave in the Group Code "CEC". Then follow the instructions to make your booking. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation message with access to make changes later on if needed. Each delegate is responsible for his/her own accommodation reservation.

The discounted rate is also available three days prior to and after the event if required. Shuttle Service
The Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers offers a complimentary shuttle service between Copehagen Airport and the hotel. It operates daily between 6:00 in the morning and 23:00 in the evening. Outside the airport you will see the Information Desk where you can register on the hotel's shuttle service ipad. Guests will then be picked up from Terminal 2 as soon as possible. For return journeys, please inform the concierge desk at the hotel.   Download this information as an information sheet.

Parking
A nearby parking garage is available, which belongs to the Copenhagen Towers complex. The fee is DKK 150 per car per day or DKK 20 per hour.   Please refer to the street map for the location of the parking garage.
