Welcome to the Biotech Outsourcing Strategies Events (BOS Events). Leading European partnering events which bring together biotech, pharmaceutical and CRO communities to facilitate outsourcing collaboration. Now in it's forth year BOS non clinical is our flagship partnering event which focuses on outsourcing of non clinical R&D

A Day of Partnering & Networking
BOS non clinical is primarily a partnering event; a forum to connect international biotech & pharma outsourcing executives with a network of specialist CROs. BOS non clinical has a clear focus on  drug discovery/development. As a delegate attending BOS in London you can expect to meet with a significant number of top quality niche global CROs at the discovery/development interface who offer high quality, reliable services. You will be able to organise 1 to 1 meetings  with CROs, consultants and fellow development executives as you wish throughout the day using Bio2Business partnering software. Informal networking over coffee, lunch and closing drinks receptions will give you an ideal opportunity to make links with fellow discovery/development executives and exchange ideas and approaches to outsourcing.

Speaker Programme
In addition to providing a partnering forum for discovery and development attendees, BOS non clinical also strives to deliver an outstanding programme of speakers to deliver perspective and approaches in the field of drug discovery & development. To this end we are delighted to announce a leading programme of speakers for BOS non clinical 2009. We welcome back to BOS non clinical Dr Chris Hill & Prof Hans-Jurgen Federsel from Schering-Plough and AstraZeneca respectively who will be giving their insight into trends shaping discovery and early development. In addition we are very please to welcome to the speaker programme Dr Stephen Shuttleworth, CSO, Karus Therapeutics and Dr Chris Hobbs, Group Director of Chemistry, Proximagen Ltd. Our case study module this year will feature Dr Andy Parsons, VP Head of Preclinical Development at GlaxoSmithKline who will give a fascinating insight into CEEDD activities working alongside biotech collaboration partners and CRO partners to deliver clinical candidates.

We believe this blend of speakers from growing, semi virtual biotech and established integrated pharma will deliver a strong and lively debate into challenges and approaches to R&D and outsourcing.
