Accommodation
 We have been able to arrange special discounted rates at the Hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers.  Accommodation will be in deluxe bedrooms with breakfast included, and the rate is DKK 1495.   Any unbooked bedrooms were released on 19th May (50% of unbooked bedrooms were released on 12th May, so early booking was encouraged).   Please use the special link below to the hotel website and set your arrival and departure dates. Once booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation message with access to make changes later on if needed. Each delegate is responsible for his/her own accommodation reservation.

Shuttle Service
  The Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers offers a complimentary shuttle service between Copehagen Airport and the hotel. It operates daily between 6:00 in the morning and 23:00 in the evening. Outside the airport you will see the Information Desk where you can register on the hotel's shuttle service ipad. Guests will then be picked up from Terminal 2 as soon as possible. For return journeys, please inform the concierge desk at the hotel.   Download this information as an information sheet.

Parking
  A nearby parking garage is available, which belongs to the Copenhagen Towers complex. The fee is DKK 150 per car per day or DKK 20 per hour.   Please refer to the street map for the location of the parking garage.
