Sponsor Onboarding: Key Tasks

Starting Point for all instructions below is "My Account". Go to BOS Basel 2024 website > Options (top right) > Login (use Forgot password if required) this should take you to the "My Account" dashboard. See Sponsor Onboarding Video for full details, including the steps outlined below.

1. Are you attending the event or solely administering the account? Go to "My Account" > See the "Personal Profile Tab" which gives the option to opt-out of attending (hence freeing a delegate seat).
   
   
2. Onboard Your Delegates: Go to "My Account" > Delegates > Distribute the Delegate Registration Link to your team. On receipt of the Delegate Registration Link your colleagues should then click on the Delegate Registration Link and complete the registration form.
   Delegates must complete their own registrations. You cannot complete a registration on behalf of someone else.
   
   
3. Upload Company Logo: Go to "My Account" > Company Profile > Company Logo, Upload Image.
   
   
4. Upload Profile Header Image: Go to "My Account" > Company Profile > Customise your Header Image & Upload Your Header Image. Ensure that it is impactful! This will represent your digital identity at the event.
   
   
5. Select Company Categories: Go to "My Account" > Company Profile > Company Categories & Edit Categories (this will dictate whether your company is listed in filter searches so important to ensure this is completed and accurate).
   
   
6. Upload Company Description: Go to "My Account" > Company Profile > Company Description.
   Important! Remember to check that you have "published status" for your Company Profile. Go to "My Account" > Company Profile > Publish profile to live site. You can check that your profile is listed here on the BOS Basel 2024 Sponsors Page.
   
   On completion of steps 3 to 6 please email [email protected] to request scheduling of a Linkedin post which we will shared on the Bio2Business Linkedin company page.
   
   
7. Exhibitor Logistic (For Gold & Exhibition Sponsors Only). Go to "My Account" > Exhibition Details.
   Revised Floor Plan: We are pleased to issue the revised floor plan for BOS Basel 2024 (click here to view), if you have any concerns about your stand position please contact Bio2Business to discuss further.
   
   Important Note: The exhibition is designed for pop up/pull out stands and posters.
   
   
8. Assigning Speakers and Submitting Speaker/Presentation Details: Go to "My Account" > Delegates > Assign as Speaker (relevant speaker) > edit presentation details > upload presentation prior to event.
