Olaf Wegener joined Siegfried AG in 2015 as head of r&d at Siegfried's sterile drug product site in Hameln, Germany.

In his current position he is responsible for formulation development and analytical development of small molecule as well as large molecule drug products. This includes also process optimization and transfers from clients to Siegfried.

Olaf has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in several positions, mainly in r&d,project management for strategic projects, as well as business development.
