Abstract: Presenting Nykode Therapeutic's experience with outsourcing multiple steps (and activities) in e personalised clinical trial supply chain. This case study presentation will go through the selection criteria when selecting the vendors for the trial and challenges and mitigations that may (and will) arise during the collaboration. I will also present some of our internal mitigations when considering sponsor oversight.
