Your Basic Table Top Exhibition Package Includes:

Table (180cm x 75cm) & Table Cloth
2 Chairs
Electricity Connection. Standard 13 amp
Booth Dimensions: 3 metres width by 2 metres height. Height Restrictions: 2.5 metres structures exceeding this will not be permitted.
Shell Scheme: Each stand space will be partitioned with poster boards consisting of 3 metres along the back and 2 side panels of 1 metre in length. Each poster board is 2.1 metre in height.

The Exhibition is designed for pop up stands and pull up posters. Given limited set up times for this event we are unable to support bespoke stand builds.

Deliveries, Set Up, Break Down and Returns
Exhibition Set Up Times	16th November: 07.00 to 09.00
Exhibition Break Down Time	17th November: 14:00 to 16.30 For health and safety reasons, break down must be confined to your booth space
Delivery Dates & Times	15th November 09.00 to 17.00 16th November from 07.00 am Important Note: Deliveries Can Not be Accepted Prior to 15th November
